Important Raffle Information & Rules

All proceeds from this raffle will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Winner Selection:

A random drawing from all sold tickets will be held live at Automania in downtown Sioux Falls, SD on June 17th, 2009. You need not be present to win. One prize per ticket. Grand Prize will be drawn first. You must present a legible valid phone number; we are not responsible for phone number changes. For the Grand prizes, we will attempt to contact you for 48 Hours. After which, we will go on to the next ticket drawn. Odds of winning depend only on the number of tickets sold.

General:

Resurrected Ride Committee decisions are final. Rules are subject to change without prior written notice. Winners are responsible for all sales tax, income tax, and tax and registration for the vehicle. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release within 14 days of prize notification. Sponsors are not responsible for damage after the drawing and during shipment. Resurrected Ride committee members, donating business owners, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
